I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to join yesterday’s photography workshop—which turned out to be so much more than that.
I am truly grateful for your generous hospitality, for the inspiring conversations, and for the opportunity to learn from Tim, as well as from everyone in the group.
I absolutely loved the experience and am already looking forward to future opportunities to join you again and, hopefully, contribute in some way.
Thank you once again for such a memorable and inspiring day.

‘Having had the opportunity to work with Tim shooting a number of projects during construction and at completion, I have experienced his approach to capturing emotion and storey telling.
What he does gently on his photography courses, helps you appraise spaces you know well from a completely different perspective. He provides a clear systematic approach to image making but with so much more, a depth of reference and discussion that captivates. These new skills, with is guidance, begins to allow spaces or unfamiliar places to be analysed in the most beautiful of ways.’

Tim Soar’s inspiring workshop in Marine Court , St Leonard’s on Sea focussed on many unexpected aspects of photography that were informative and enquiring.
Composition, Juxtaposition, light, shadow and chance encounter all food for thought . Analysing period photography was also an education. Tim was able to enlighten us on the art and craft of photography leaving us all wanting more.
